Windows 10: Sudden High RAM Usage / Major Game Stutters

Hello, I have a Dell G15 Laptop, i7-12700H, 16GB DDR5, NVIDIA 6GB 3060, running the most recent version of Windows 11. I believe a recent software update may be causing these issues, as before the update, I had no issues playing any games. I am wondering if this is a software issue as I predicted, or if there is something wrong with my hardware. I have been updating drivers as needed, so they should be up to date. In attempts to fix performance, I tried lower graphical settings on Ghost of Tsushima, the game I am having the most issues with. I even tried a fresh reinstall. I am wondering if t

Hello! So when i play games they stutter a lot, but ram and cpu usage are fine.

So, if my ram usage is fine then high disc usage won't cause stuttering?

Anyways the game that stutters the most (Hogwarts legacy) maybe just poorly optimized.

Powershell sudden high ram usage

In the last week I have noticed sudden power shell windows appearing for a moment and then my laptop begins to be slow and laggy, I remember installing some vpn programs but then I uninstalled them all, but still has these PowerShell blinking and high ram, disk, CPU usage.
