Windows 10: Sudden Netwtw06 errors, had to uninstall Intel driver for it to work

I'm on the latest driver for a few days already but my Wi-Fi connection started acting up and it keeps on showing the warning symbol on my taskbar. I tried diagnosing it (via right click > troubleshoot) but it says I don't have any connection problem. I uninstalled my driver (but it installed an older version rather than a generic Windows 10 driver) and it works so far. What could've been the cause and how can I fix it? Updating the driver is the usual answer I see when I tried searching it

The crash Dumps blame Intel WiFi Driver for the crash.

Could not read faulting driver name

Probably caused by : Netwtw06.sys ( Netwtw06+531eb9 )

Completely remove the current driver and install the newest copy of the driver available.

BSOD After wake up from Hibernation

The driver that appears to cause the crash is the Netwtw06.sys which is the Intel wireless driver:

The newest driver is not always the answer. Finding the right working driver is. You can find all kinds of threads where drivers have been updated to the point of not working. I'm not against updating drivers but I take the approach of updating them when required.

I have similar issue and I need a very old wireless driver, I have Intel AC7260.

What you will have to do is stop Windows from updating drivers. If not Windows will update again. Please see this tutorial, option 4

Please keep a copy of your working driver installation exe in a safe place.

One thing I would also check in Device Manager, on the Power Management Tab, for your wireless card, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". This has caused people issues.

Turns out this version also causes errors such as
WLAN AutoConfig detected limited connectivity, attempting automatic recovery.

and

The IP address lease 192.168.0.100 for the Network Card with network address 0xA434D943CA06 has been denied by the DHCP server 192.168.0.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

 

I would load the driver from your vendor site. Also power cycle your router.
