Windows 10: Sudden print issue from Windows 10 to HP LaserJet Pro M125

I have a customer who owns the LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw, and it just quit printing from one computer. She had it connected via USB, so I downloaded and installed the latest software. No matter how many different times I removed and installed it, the printer would not print even the internal test page. I even tried 3 different USB ports to no avail. The print spooler has been stopped, the printer folder contents deleted, and the spooler started again with no success.I finally brought it home and connected it through my home network, as I hadn't tried that option in her of

Hello, i have a printer hp laserjet mfp m125 installed on a windows 7 64bit pc and it is shared on the network with other computers some of which are windows7 and others windows 10 all 64bit. Problem is i can print on the network to this printer from windows 7 pc but not windows 10. I am using kaspersky antivirus on all computers...can anyone help me out?

• From which website did you download the drivers?
• Are you able to install other applications or programs on the pc?
