Windows 10: Sudden streak of random BSODs

Hello there!

I started having highly frequent BSODs last night with seemingly random stop codes (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and others). A friend of mine suggested that it could be due to RAM overheat which seemed plausible due to a heat wave on that day and stop code behavior which is consistent with this cause.
Today I cleaned my pc from dust and started testing different memory configs (swapped dual channel/single channel), but I'm still having trouble even posting most of time. At the moment I'm running with single memory channel occupied. It's also peculiar that audio service stopped working, and restarting doesn't fix it.
I would appreciate any help with identifying the root of the problem which seems to be more on the hardware side (most likely RAM or motherboard). V2 info dump is attached.

Update: When I swap current memory stick with the second one, pc doesn't post and I get three long beeps. When I swap back - same exact outcome which only gets fixed by resetting CMOS battery.

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

Random BSODs "Bad_Pool_Caller"


This BSOD happens anywhere, irrespective of BitDefender. It takes place even when the antivirus is MSE in case of Windows 7. The most common cause is an expired trial or a cracked installation. Some examples:
