Alarm suddenly starts at 6am every day. It lasts for around 3 minutes. how do I turn this off?

All day appointments at 6am!!!!

Because You have an appointement at 6am with rpeat function all day! You must find that appointement and delete it. Make a sync with Outlook, list all appointements, see where is that 6am one, and go to phone and "delete".

 

Alarm

I'm a little confused by your question. Which scenarion is correct?

1. On Thursday afternoon, you set an alarm to go off at 6am on Friday. Thursday night, you power down the phone for some reason and leave it off. You expect the alarm to still go off the next day at 6am while the phone is shut off? You wake up and 9am,
power the phone on and the alarm goes off.

2. On Thursday afternoon, you set an alarm to go off at 6am on Friday. Thursday night, you power down the phone for some reason, but then turn it back on before bed. Come 6am Friday, the alarm does NOT sound?

 

Alarm not sounding

Someone on another alarm-related thread has suggested it might be the Sound Enhancer that is causing the problems.

I've uninstalled it and will see if the problems reduce over the next few days.
