To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

Attachments to emails no longer appear on messages received on the Windows 10 App

Why is it that attachments to emails no longer appear on messages that I download on the Windows 10 Mail App on my PC?

The same emails configured on Thunderbird shows that there are attachments to emails received but now it is
no longer the case on the Windows 10 Mail App. Previously the App was working fine but it is only recently that the issue has arisen. Any reason why?

I have even Reset the App several times but to no avail. I am running Windows 10 Home Version 1809, OS Build 187763.615

 

Attach a file in a new email in Windows 10 Mail.

Is there no other way to attach a file in a new email in Windows 10 Mail other than from listed in the "Insert" folder in Windows 10 Mail when composing a new email? "Mail" is not one of the files listed in the "Insert" folder. The file I want
to attach is from a deleted email.
