Windows 10: Suddenly my laptop has been having lag issues

Suddenly my laptop has been having lag issues even simple tasks like file explorer takes 10-15 secs to load , it wasn't like this at all. I don't know what has happened but here are some descriptions :1 opening inbuilt apps like file exp , task manager has been laggy2 the sound system has been making a crackeling/popping sound suddenly3 the CPU usage is spiking from 5 to 98 directly even on opening braveWhat I think the issue can be is when i was updating to latest windows 22H2, while updating due to low battery the update shut off But this was 2 months ago all of these issues are popping u

Day before yesterday I have installed an ssd in my laptop the laptop worked very fast and there were no issues till yesterday today suddenly my laptop keyboard is lagging I have tried troubleshooting and dism and some other usual tips but the issue is
not resolve
