Windows 10: Suddenly, my mouse goes to sleep

Hello:

I have Win 10 Home x64, v 2004 2009 (OS build 19041.746). Suddenly, my Precision Mouse has started going to sleep after a certain time (my monitors sleep too, and my hard drive). I believe this happened after the lastest update of Win 10.

I have gone to Property for the mouse, and "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is unchecked (but disabled, that is, I cannot check it even if I wanted to, which I do not).

Since it is very difficult to wake up my mouse, I do not want it to go to sleep. What can I do?

MONITOR GOES TO SLEEP

While working on the computer, it suddenly shut down and went into sleep mode. I cannot "wake it" back up. I have checked all connections and tried to power down completely. when I attempt to wake it up manually, it does through its startup routine and then
goes back to sleep.

Any suggestions? Using Microsoft Edge and Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below if not tried already and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>System>Power & sleep.
• In the right pane, select Never from the drop down list for
  Screen and Sleep.
• Close the dialog box and check for status.

mouse is so laggy suddenly
