  1. Suddenly my windows 10 is not opening and closing task bar, menus etc...

It almost seems like Windows is going haywire sometimes. My mouse is slow to respond or doesn't at all.

The mouse is not working correctly. It will open desktop icons but it won't open autohide taskbar and it won't open and close windows button or close menus ?????

I notice when i did get the taskbar to show the left search pane which says Type here to search box sometimes keeps flashing a lot.

Menus taking ages to open and close

I can't get the start menu to open on the press of the windows key. (EDIT i think i solved this. I can now open and close with windows key and Esc now closes menu. I think i had Windows Lock enabled.

However i'm still having problems with windows 10 being slow to respond and my mouse not working correctly.

Upon restart everything works ok. I really am not sure what is going on. I have a Uhuru bluetooth rgb mouse, and a drevo rgb blueroorh keyboard. They have worked perfectly up to now.
