Suddenly, my Windows 10 PC is unable to see or connect to my home WiFi network.

Suddenly, my Windows 10 PC is unable to see or connect to my home Wi-Fi network, but can see and connect to other Wi-Fi networks.Every other device in my house can connect to my home network. I have restarted both my PC, and the Router / Modem. Interestingly, if I hotspot my computer via a phone that is connected to a mobile network this works until I then connect to the home network on that mobile phone. The hotspot suddenly disconnects and disappears from my available networks also, until I disconnect from my home network and restart the hotspot.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    :)

Cannot connect to wifi network from windows 10 PC

I recently purchased a wifi card for my windows 10 PC (upgraded from windows 7 a while ago). I have installed a driver from TP-Link's website that claims compatibility with windows 10, and can see my network in the list of available networks. When trying
to connect, it asks for the network key, then says that it can't connect to the network.

Network troubleshooter suggested connecting to a network (even though the issue is that I am unable to connect).

I created a wlan report (downloadable from dropbox) which is suggesting that the network is unavailable, even though all my other devices (phone,
windows 10 laptop, xbox, wifi bridge, ds) can connect to this same network without issue.

Also tried reinstalling the driver, uninstalling the device and rebooting, letting windows find it's own driver and rebooting the router, still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

  3. Unable to see a specific WiFi Network in list

I have Windows 8.1. I can see the WiFi networks of everyone in the vicinity. However, am unable to see the WiFi network installed in my home.

The WiFi Network that am unable to see is a new connection. This new connection is seen by all devices (Mobiles etc) but it is.not getting displayed in my Windows 8.1 list.

I have seen other threads on the issue which recommend checking WLAN Autoconfig etc. And have tried those steps too. But there is no change in the outcome.

Can anyone please suggest any solution that migjt work. I am not willing to format my Laptop.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

    Thanks in adv and Regards

Win10 computer suddenly unable to access printer on home wifi

For some reason, the printer lasted less than 24 hours printing correctly, and now I again can't fix it, even by doing what "worked" before (Comment #6 upthread).

    Regarding the static IP suggestion:
    1. The printer is connected via USB to a Windows 7 computer on the home network. It's not on the network by IP address. Here is a screenshot of the printer port properties.

    2. Although there ARE "headaches" as is said above, the vast majority of the other computers on the home wifi network, NEVER have had a problem printing to it. And this applies to computers that have run XP, Win7, Win10, and MacOS. For the most part until now, it's included the particular Win10 computer in question.
    3. If I still might be able to give it a static IP address, will this affect the other computers that have been able to print to it fine using printer name?
