Suddenly one of my machines has a mutant personalized Settings home page

All of a sudden one of my two Windows 10 Pro x64 machines is displaying this mutant new personalized Setting home page with quick access to My account, OneDrive settings, Windows Update status, and, yuck, my Microsoft Rewards balance, about which I could not care less. The new **** is highlighted, and masked, below:

Why is it only on one machine? Both machines are on same release channel and current with Windows Update as of this morning. Can I turn it off?

    :)

    Personal Web Page project

    Removed the dots, good call.

Today i'm going to finish up the home page, and start working on the rest of the pages.

Any good suggestions for a portfolio picture?
