Windows 10: Suddenly why won't my msn email send to a cox.net emaill?

Starting sometime after Aug 2 my emails to a colleague who has cox.net started returning. Other emails would go through. She couldn't find a problem on her end even though it said for her to check her provider.

ok so the problem is that yahoo penalizes all new IPs that suddenly show up and send out a big volume of "spam". we moved the email server to another box -> new ip, yahoo sees new ip, blocks a large percentage of mail. this violates everything from the standards, but yahoo can get away with it. i emailed them requesting a white list but such things take a while

setting up cox email in outlook

When setting up my cox email in outlook I used the wrong password and of course the outlook can not sync with my cox email account. My problem is that I can not change the password. Each time that I change the password and save it the old password appears
when I reopen the cox email in my outlook. Any suggestions on changing the password and making the save work?
