Windows 10: Sudo functionality in Windows 11 stable version 24H2

Since the release of Windows 11 version 24H2 26100.368 on June 15, 2024, and Copilot+ PC on June 18, 2024, I'm wondering if there's built-in sudo functionality available on Windows 11 Stable.Previously, sudo access was achievable through third-party applications. With the new update, is there a native way to elevate privileges for administrative tasks without resorting to third-party software?Any information or clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

Trying to download and install Windows 11, version 24H2 from windows update give error code:

0x80246019

What can I do? Thanks.
