Windows 10: Sudoku Irregular and symbol games

Is there a way to play the Irregular and Symbol sudoku games besides the daily challenge? I really enjoy those game modes and would like to play them at different difficulty levels - as well as just being able to finish a game. I looked through the question/answer boards a bit but all the answers I could find were from years back and they all said the feature should be added on soon. I wasn't sure if there is another game I need to download or if it's still not an option although I hope it is!

Microsoft Sudoku Game Variation Choices

Can anyone please tell me how to play a complete irregular or symbol Sudoku game in Microsoft Windows Games? I'm looking for the different types and additional ranges of difficulties other than the automatic daily challenges that only require limited
completion. I love the added challenge of the irregular (jigsaw, color, squiggle) games and using symbols instead of numbers for a change. Even choosing expert Sudoku has gotten boring and doesn't seem challenging enough. So...if any knows how I can play
the complete variations without just replaying the limited daily challenge...I would be really appreciate the ****!!! Or does anyone know of a FREE download of the irregular or symbol sudoku games?

I am playing Microsoft Sudoku on a Lenovo Tablet. All games are numerical, there are no irregular or symbol games(apart from those in the daily challenge).
