Windows 10: Suffered a System Service Exception [files linked in body]

So, I've been attempting to use an app and change profiles in it. Have attempted to do so twice, only to get a blue screen each time. I assume it may have something to to with everything having been automatically moved to OneDrive rather than remaining on my computer. We've tried to replicate the issue here, but it doesn't seem to work the same as I understood his explanation of the problem, so this is very unusual and interesting for us, and we're happy to provide additional support to properly isolate what's actually causing the problem. • Press the Windows and R keys on the keyboard at the same time and enter msconfig in the pop-up window.
  

• Open System Configuration and select the General TAB - Boot with selection.
  

• Deselect the boot option.
  

• Go to the Services TAB - click Hide All Microsoft Services in the bottom left corner, then click Disable All.
  

• Click OK and restart the computer. Be sure to select Hide all Microsoft services first and then disable all, otherwise unforeseen problems such as inability to access the system may occur.
  

• Check whether the problem reappears.

• Which Version and OS Build number of Windows 10 is currently installed? To check, press the

System Service Exception

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your PC after attempting to revert from Windows 11 to Windows 10. The "Service System Exception" error with the cause "ntfs.sys" indicates that there might be a problem with the NTFS file system driver.

Since you can't access the system now only the BIOS screen, the only way to fix this is to repair the system using Windows 10 installation media.

Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so.
