Windows 10: Suffering from infrequent blue screen errors

Hello! For quite some time now, I've been suffering from infrequent blue screen errors. I am not sure if it is a hardware issue or a malfunctioning driver, and I am hoping someone here can help! Below is the error code from my most recent BSOD: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80674c6b61c, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffffffffffffff). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 8ba4ab93-c704-475d-ae7c-75c209951078."

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
