Windows 10: Suggestion: Enable System Tray Icons on Multiple Monitors in Windows 11

Dear Microsoft Community,I have submitted a feature suggestion via the Windows Feedback Hub and would appreciate your support in upvoting it. The request is to allow system tray icons volume, battery, Wi-Fi, and clock to be displayed on all connected monitors in Windows 11.Currently, these icons are only visible on the primary monitor, which can be inconvenient for users working with multiple displays. Multiple tray icons in Windows 10

Hi All,

We have a Java based with some native components and SWT as frontend.

We contribute our tray icon to windows notification area.

Now below is the problem

• If an user is working on the application and then the system goes to sleep/hibernate
• When the system wakes up it has multiple tray icons for the same application.

We have seen it happening for multiple applications. Is it a known issue or are there any workarounds ?

Tray icon disappears

I've been experiencing since the installation of Windows XP SP2 on multiple machines with the ATITool Tray Icon disappearing upon load at system startup. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. Enabling or Disabling the "Hide Inactive (tray) Icons" WinXP menu option doesn't have any effect. The only way to open ATITool after it has loaded is to go through the start menu to open it again. I have "minimize on close" selected in ATITool. When closing ATITool, you see it make the motions of minimizing to the tray area but no icon is displayed. Any ideas?

I suggest you to try the below steps to add the icons to Taskbar and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key, click on Settings.
• Click on System> Notifications & actions.
• Click on Select which icons appear on taskbar (to select the icons that appear on Taskbar)
  and also click on Turn system icons on or off
