Windows 10: Supermicro X11RSA board with Xeon w2223 cpu can't setup windows10

Hello, I've get the computer with Supermicro X11RSA board with Xeon w2223 cpu recently. But I can't use my usb to boot the windows10 for my computer.I setup my boot usb with assist of Microsoft windows10, and try to boot with my new computer. But it turns to the black screen. I'm sure I choose the right way to boot.

Windows 11 Does Not Support Xeon Processors?

It can't be ALL about security. My "line" of Xeons (W-21xx) is on the supported list, but my specific CPU (W-2140B) is not on the list, and I won't hold my breath for it to be. It was never sold retail, but only appeared in Macs. My computer isn't a Mac, it's a second-hand CPU on a SuperMicro motherboard. The Ice Lake Xeon W-33xx line is also not on the list. They came out in July of 2021, and the newest list was put out on January 17, 2022. None of this is a security risk to MS. It's a personal security risk. What's even more of a risk is them caving to the backlash and allowing it to be installed on old hardware, but refusing to allow those systems to be updated with security patches. This is all beyond ridiculous.

Support problem for Xeon CPU

That IS strange.. I have done the same mod as you and W10 installed no problems, I DID use the windows 10 media installer tool maybe that would work?

Also what model of CPU is it? Plus a lot more info on your setup would be nice... Do you have a 32 or 64 bit build? Here's my build below:
