Windows 10: Support Assistant affected my internet and browsing

Hello,I used Support Assistant and my files went from 4 optimized files to 80. With system restore, it didn't go back to where it was before the scan. Images on websites are not loading, and it's affecting my internet browsing. I have three choices: 1. Restart the computer to its factory setting.2. System Repair3. Ask for a technician.I think restarting the computer to its factory setting will work, but I'm afraid of losing the data that I have.What do you think?

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.

 

Cant delete the browsing history in the internet options.

Steps 2: Reset Internet Explorer.

My support assist is not responding.

When I attempted to go to my control panel and programs I looked for H support to repair and I do not have an HP support list in my programs at all.

What is my next step please?
