Windows 10: Support for Windows server in Oracle cloud

HiDoes anyone know how I get support from Microsoft for Windows servers that are running in our Oracle cloud tenancy?We have a Windows issue with one of the Windows servers and Oracle are saying we need to go to Microsoft because all the Windows servers in the Oracle cloud are covered by Microsoft license agreements.However, when I attempt to log a ticket with Microsoft they ask for details like contract id, access id, etc.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Oracle servers and windows 10 UAC

Recently I have updated to windows 10 from 7. And I found that for running oracle database server I need to disable UAC in registry.

If I do so I cant use any windows 7 apps including simple calculator or edge.

I need suggestion or solution where I can use both Oracle DB and windows apps.

 

Oracle Buys Eloqua

The Board of Directors of Eloqua has unanimously approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2013, subject to Eloqua stockholder approval, certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
