Windows 10: Support Help for Windows 10

How do you get in touch with Microsoft Support?? I am having a problem with my Windows 10 Pro. Opened a ticket with support, they called me, I explained my problem, they went to transfer me to the proper support group and got disconnected. Replied to the ticket creation acknowledgement email requesting a call back but didn't get one. Opened another ticket and went through all steps again only to get disconnedted while being transferred again. Tried a third time with the exact same results. Now I'm being informed that I've reached my daily limit of support calls. Any suggestions on how to get

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
