Windows 10: Support live chat stuck on loading screen

I accidentally deleted a clipchamp microsoft account and i wanted to contact a support for this, but the problem is to assign an agent to my service request, I have to start a live chat first which I cannot because it keeps on loading forever and I'm still stuck on this page

Getting to an agent via Live Chat took me over an hour and was extremely convoluted *Confused. So much so that I honestly cannot recall all the steps I took. I believe their system is designed to have one go on a 'treasure hunt' as all other sites with live chat have that little chat pop-up.

I am going crazy trying to find how to contact Microsoft Live Chat Support. The reason is I cannot figure out how to change my 2-step email login verification settings to send the code to my phone. Right now it is sending it to my alternate email. please help - thx

Does Microsoft not have live chat support?

If they do, can someone please give me the information I need to contact them via live chat. I have purchased "Assure Support" for a weekly virus check up.

Also, what does Skype have to do with Microsoft?
