Windows 10: support says the hackers is due to me surfing bad web sites, per level 2 manager

i am getting pop ups and fake macafee scans on this MS pci have called and done security scan, malwarebytes, all of itthis last guy wants me to unplug the rj45 and goto Task Manager and delete all browserevery time it happens.......no other actions to solve it....just do that over&over.......i asked for next level of tech support....after 5 minute arguement a guy with a thick accentcome on and tells me it is my fault for going to "bad web sites"i use this for outlook email, youtube and some ham radio stuff......going to "bad websites" on windows trash security is just asking for trouble, e

Looking for a particular web site ?

I remember seeing this here but i can't find it using the search thingy.

A guy posted a web site that had a comprensive list of all Windows update 32&64. I used to have it in my favorites before i formatted my HD.

Does someone know it?

They suggested a sticky for it but they never did.

Level 2 support

I'm supposed to have received a call from Level 2 support 25 minutes ago. The only 800 number I have says Microsoft support is closed right now. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Windows 10 level 2 tech support?
