Windows 10: Support tickets closed with no response

I have been trying to contact microsoft support but every ticket I create, is closed. With no response or reason given.I am trying to contact support because I was notified today that there was an unsuccessful sign in attempt.Checking recent sign in activity. There are multiple ongoing attempts to sign in to my account from what I can only assume is someone with a vpn. One would be from Egypt, another would be from brazil etc all within minutes or hours of each attempt.My history is littered with these attempts going back as far as I can scroll. Months and months.All I am trying to do, is chan

Microsoft support is closing tickets without helping customers??

As the name suggests I am having a terrible time getting my ticket addressed.

Around the start of the month I opened a ticket as my graphics card died and I had to replace it.

After doing so I replaced my boot drive with a new one I had laying around and re-installed windows 11.

Now I cannot activate the product I paid for.

I reached out to Microsoft and opened a ticket about the issue.

never head anything back and the last correspondence I received was about them closing my ticket and marking the issue as resolved even though it certainly is not.

I have spent the last hour and a half calling every number I can find for Microsoft support and they all say the same per-recorded message "if you wish you cancel your account you can do so online at account.microsoft.com. Thank you for calling Microsoft have a good day" Then it hangs up.

This is so incredibly aggravating and the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Is there any way I can reach out to support and get this ticket opened back up and resolved?

 

Open Support ticket left - cannot get response or open new ticket

I have a very frustrating situation.

I opened a support ticket 4 days agao as my son's account has an issue on it which I believe is server side and needs technical support to fix.

I was told I would get a phone call back within 24 hours, but never did. The ticket was left open, and I can still get into it, and send messages, but it is now being ignored, in spite of posting a good few messages, I have had no reply since the initial message exchange.

I have tried phoning the UK MS support phone number I fond (0800 0260329), but cannot get through to anyone on that, I just get told to go raise a ticket online.

If I try to raise a new ticket, I cannot, it just dumps me back into my open but ignored ticket.

Does anyone know how I can get some response? Is there another phone number I can call? Another way to escalate this.

This is an unbelievable situation...!!!

How to escalate a windows support ticket?

I rasied a support ticket with issue on activating my Windows after a hardware change. They closing the ticket without contacting/supporting me. there is no resoloution of the issue.
