Windows 10: Surface 2 headphones Stutter when connecting Arc Mouse

Hi Everyone.


I just recently bought the Surface headphones 2, but i'm having an issue. If I have my arc mouse connected the music stutters on the headphones.

It gets normal when I turn off the mouse.


Anyone having the same issues?


Oh, also, when i use de Suface Audio App i cannto habilitate the office 365 audio integration. It shows LE Suface Headphones Connection Failed.


I have a Surface Pro 6 with Windows 10.

Thanks, I'm far from wifi routers, ovens and frigeds.

Restarting the device works for a pair of minutes, then it fails again and the headphones stutter again.

Restarting the bluetooth helps for a pair of minutes and then the stutter comes again.

There's no NFC close.

(Thanks for your help, dont want to sound rude. Why would I disable the noise cancelling?

I mean, I bought this headphones because they have noise cancelling, they are Microsoft, same as my surface pro 6 and the arc mouse. All are Microsoft, they are supposed to work well between them.)

The sound is right. Sounds great everywhere. But it's choppy on my bluetooth headphones when the arc mouse is algo connected. So im guessing its a bluetooth issue. But the troubleshooter doesnt fix it.
