    Surface 3 Screen Artifacts All of a Sudden. Why?


    All of a sudden I've been getting some artifcacts on my Surface 3 display. This occurs during post when the Surface 3 name appears on a black background. The artifacts start out as what appear to be a series of long equal signs across the entire screen above the Surface 3 words. Just before the system goes to the login screen, the equal signs become some wide colored bands just for an instant. Have had my Surface for 2 years and this just started occurring a few weeks ago. Is this the first signs of a screen failure? Anybody else experience this? Anyone know what it might be?

    Screens Won't Split and Won't stay on desktop

    I was using my surface 3 and all of a sudden it stopped splitting my screen. I was taking notes using one note while referencing something on the right. Then all of a sudden my onenote went to full screen and it would not let me split the screen or restore
    it down. So then i exited and my surface stayed on the start screen, and when i looked at my desktop all of my icons were gone. I cannot get it to stay on the desktop now and I cannot use more than one window at one time. How do I get it back to normal?
