Windows 10: Surface 5 Windows 11 Pro Setup

Hi, I just purchased a Surface 5 laptop. I didn't realize it was Windows Pro would be nice if in bold the description on Amazon says ONLY WORKS WITH FOR BUSINESSES. Apparently, Microsoft will not allow me to use the computer locally or with my personal Microsoft account? It says I need a work or school account. I've google searched and there's all these tricks and workarounds on the internet which should tell MS something when the internet is littered with ways to get around your operating system procedures but none seem to work. What can I do??

Windows 11 compatibility Surface Pro 5 (2017)

surface pro 5 has i5-7300u processor, this processor supports Intel® Trusted Execution Technology. then why NOOOOO windows 11 for surface pro 5???

surface pro 6 has i5-8250u processor, this processor doesn't support Intel® Trusted Execution Technology and Intel® Memory Protection Extensions (Intel® MPX) but still supports windows 11..

so why NOOOOOOOO windows 11 for surface pro 5???????
