Windows 10: Surface 7 - Outlook Classic won't install on the Snapdragon processor. Also unable to...

I’ve purchased the laptop from you Order 4855747322 and have just enlisted the help of a friend to get it set up. I use Microsoft 365 for my work and there is a requirement for Outlook Classic. It appears that on installing Microsoft365 it no longer comes with Outlook classic. Having investigated this further, this actually isn’t the case, and it appears that Outlook classic is not included with the installation as it will not run on the Snapdragon processor in the new machine.
