    Surface book 2 does not start


    The device, when turned on, on a black screen with the microsoft logo, displays the download as if it were an update, the download reaches almost the end, freezes, and the device reboots. And so in a circle. I can’t go into uefi, I just don’t go in holding the volume and power buttons did not help. I tried to make a recovery disk from a USB flash drive, it also does not start anything. I do not know what to do, there is almost no information on the network how to be.

    SURFACE BOOK 2 - IR FRONT CAMERA AND REAR CAMERA ISSUE

    Click Start > Settings > Privacy > Camera

    Toggle on Allow apps to access your Camera

    Can you try the steps suggested in this thread for further throubleshooting?
