Windows 10: Surface Book 2 Wifi Issues

Wifi Driver version: Marvell Semiconductor, Inc 15.68.17017.115



Seems as though I am not the only one with this issue. But I cannot reliably connect or use my existing home's wifi 2.4Ghz band or the 5.0Ghz band at all. Super low/weak signal, constantly cuts in and out. Just doesn't work. All other devices laptops, phones, etc. all work well with the existing network. It's only this laptop. When I have my phone next to the laptop and use that as a hotspot, it works normally.

• I have updated all my drivers to the existing versions, didn't work.
• Tried to restart the computer multiple times. Didn't work.
• Tried rolling back the drivers, didn't work.
• Tried to disable bluetooth, didn't work.
• Tried changing the channel setting, no luck.
• Tried resetting the TCP/IP stack, no luck.

At this point, I am at a complete loss as what to do, and quite frankly pretty annoyed that a near $3,000 machine has had driver and wifi issues for at least 2 years now on and off. It's pretty bogus and frustrating that this is even a thing. Hoping there's a clever solution out there that I haven't found yet. But in the meantime, I'll keep Googling in the absence not having a completely pooched wifi driver.

Surface Book 2 trackpad ridiculously sensitive

I have a Surface Book 2 and the trackpad is ridiculously sensitive on it. A lot of people seem to be having this problem too as there are threads on the Microsoft community about it with no real answers.

Everything is up to date as far as Windows updates are concerned. I don't use an external mouse and I have the sensitivity of the trackpad set to low.

I'm wondering if anyone here experienced this issue and were able to solve it?

I have done all the diagnostic tests suggested by Microsoft, such as the Surface Diagnostic Test, and there are no problems with my computer.
