Windows 10: Surface doesn't want to install Windows 10 version 1903

    Surface doesn't want to install Windows 10 version 1903


    I have a Surface Pro 3 that says it has security updates pending that can't be done until the new version of windows is installed, fair enough.

    This is where the issue is, I've gone into updates in settings and it says that the update to version 1903 is available. It then says "We found some issues, select this message to fix and finish updating" so I click fix issues and it comes up with this error message: Error 0xc1900130

    Can anyone help with this issue?

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Thanks for your reply!

    I followed your instructions but the update doesn´t seem to be in the catalog.

    A few of the other updates were (which lead to more updates that needed to be manually installed) but all in all it's still not updating as it should.

    This is what I've still got wanting to be updated:

    • Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903 -Error 0x80070015
    • 2019-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023814) -Error 0x80070015
    • Security Intelligence Update for Windows Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.305.3192.0) -Error 0x80070015
    There's also two for a printer driver but that's not important at the time being.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
