Windows 10: Surface Go 3 Microsoft Store app issue to resolve

In the Microsoft Store of my Surface Go 3 there is a indication that XBox game Pass is included with the device. If course it is not.I have contacted Microsoft and asked them however they gave me tghe flick. They stated "there is no way to remove the “included with device” from the Microsoft Surface Go 3 at the moment."So this is my issue, when you open the Microsoft Store you see straight away a Blue Dot next to Library, when you open library you see a Blue dot next to included with device. When you open that up it states XBox game Pass and redeem. If you open redeem you get an option which

• Are you facing this issue after the firmware update?
• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?

As you mentioned that you’re not able to connect to Wi-Fi not only the surface 3 as well as other devices, so issue may not be with your surface 3 it may be with your ISP.

Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

• Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
• Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
• Click Reset button and retest.
