Windows 10: Surface go error 0xc0000098

Just this past christmas i got the surface go, best present i ever got, but just this past monday or tuesday when getting it out to do some art which is what i had got it for the stylus wouldn’t work, last week was when it had stopped working I had just figured the battery was dead then so I had charged the stylus, but anyway I looked up online a fix for this and they all said to try restarting so I tried that but I had to move to a different class and when i opened it in the next class I open it, it says the update finished but shuts off so I turn it on and it spits out error 0xc0000098, I looked it up online and it said use the instaltion disk to install windows, two bad things about that one) the surface go has no cd drive and two) it didn’t come with any installtion things so they say make and use a instaltion usb so I make one and use an adapter to plug it in i try to use it boot into the installer bit it doesn’t work even after changing the boot order in the ufei interface anyhelp?

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by

Surface 3 with error code 0xc0000098, how to fix/reboot?

I tried starting my Surface today after not using it for about a week and the battery was dead so I plugged it in and got the error 0xc0000098 when attempting to boot. Tried to restart it but it doesnt seem like it is and I keep getting the blue screen
with this message. Is there any way to boot a surface in safe mode?
