Windows 10: Surface laptop 3 reopens chrome tabs on startup AFTER being shut down

I shut down my laptop at nights, as expected. Today, for the second time in the last three months, when I turned my laptop on, the tabs which I checked last night just popped up and started playing music. This is so strange I can't even begin to understand. As simple as that, I turn on the laptop in the morning, go to wash up, return and find my laptop reopening the tabs and plying music on one of them on its own. Help me out please...

Google Chrome Windows Reopens After Reopening It

When I leave a Chrome window open and shutdown Windows, when starting it again, the window reopens (with all the tabs). How can I disable this?

PS: I would also like to disable that Chrome opens up every tab again after I close the window. So when closing the window and opening it again that no tabs are open. Because I already select that Chrome should open ONLY chrome://apps on StartUp

PPS: Maybe the reopening of the whole window has something to do with Windows settings also?

Note: This is not a duplicate as suggested above, since the problem also occurs when I just reopen Chrome without restarting Windows...

 

Windows 10 reopening apps at startup

How can I disable the new feature of Windows 10 that reopens the apps at startup which I left open when shutting down? Say, I do not close Chrome at shut down and when I turn on my computer, Chrome opens automatically. I do not want this feature. It is
very annoying.
