Windows 10: Surface laptop 3 running windows 11 every now and then randomly crash with Kernel power error

Hello,Our surface laptop 3 running windows 11 that is 3 years old, suddenly started to crash every now and then without any message. Looking at the event log, we found Kernel power event id 41 task category 634 and Kernel power event id 125 task category 86 errors just before crashing. The crash does not seem to be related to any specific usage and often happens just by browsing the web.It looks like it is temperature related: after crashing, you need to wait a couple of minutes for it to start. Then, if you put the laptop outside in the cold, it does not crash we did that when re-install

Did that stuff with DDU step by step and had another crash just now while playing a game.

Saw a return of previous errors in the Event Manager.

• 1 instance of Error: "EventLog"
  
• 1 instance of Warning: "Dwminit", "The Desktop Window Manager process has exited. (Process exit code: 0xe0464645, Restart count: 1, Primary display device ID: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080)"

What fault symptoms have you experienced? If you want to turn off Fast start then I suggest using this well thought out procedure:- Turn Fast Startup On or Off - TenForumsTutorials You can get into Power options quicker than the tutorial step 1 says by right-clicking on the SysTray Power icon & selecting Power options.
