Hi, I am very panicked as of now and need immediate help. I reset the laptop and now the laptop is not recognizing any touch, keyboard or touch pad on the setup screen. Everything seems to be working fine on the Microsoft UEFI page but it just does not work on the setup page. PLEASE HELP

Yes, it works on 8.1, at least on my surface pro 3.

Couldn't do a screenshot cause can't get to Snipping tool while keyboard is up, so I did a "step recording". See attached. Pardon the background, it's my Granddaughter! Cheers! *Cool

Course, your Surface is built for that, this HP monitor is labeled 'Limited Touch Support' so, I'm hoping...

Surface Pro 3 touch keyboard not appear automatically

I would suggest you to update the keyboard drivers and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to update the Keyboard drivers:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

2. Expand the Keyboard.

3. Right-click on the Keyboard driver and click on Update driver software.

4. Restart the computer and check.
