Windows 10: Surface Laptop Studio speakers locked to 16 bit, 48000 Hz

Hello,My SLS audio Realtek High Definition AudioSST format is locked at 16 bit, 48000hz and I would like to change it to 24 bit, 44100hz. I often use the device for music production and have a dock at home with an external audio interfaceSSL 2+ set to 44100hz. While docked and switching to the interface it often results in a lot of hassle with changing settings in both my DAW and SSL control panel. Some times the sample rate of my audio interface will automatically switch to 48000hz and sometimes there is no sound at all. Also loading into my DAW i get error messages about the sample rat

Yes, I was in this location. Here are the options I have:

P65-C1

- 16 bit, 32000 Hz (FM Radio Quality)

- 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality)

- 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality)

- 24 bit, 44100 Hz (Studio Quality)

- 24 bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)

SPEAKERS

- 16 bit, 44100 Hz

- 24 bit, 44100 Hz

- 16 bit, 48000 Hz

- 24 bit, 48000 Hz

HEADPHONES

- 2 channel, 16 bit, 44100 Hz

- 2 channel, 24 bit, 44100 Hz

- 2 channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz

- 2 channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz

Not sure if this is because of my drivers or hardware, but seems to me that it might be because of my hardware? But it seems clear from this help thread that the issue is with Windows 10.

 

No studio quality

I have no options for studio quality in my sound settings. The highest quality option I have is 16 bit 48000 Hz

 

Configure to 2 channel, 24 bit, 192000 Hz (Studio Quality) - Not Work

Hi guys,

I'm new here, and I wanted to see if I can get any help.
I recently purchased a pair of Edifier boxes model R1280DB.
They are connected via optical cable.
Everything normal, working.

What I found strange, is when I put the following output format:
2 channel, 24 bit, 192000 Hz (Studio Quality)
And the sound just doesn't work anymore.

It works leaving only on:
2 channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)

I know that there is not much difference in audio quality between the two configurations.
But I use software that requires this 2 channel, 24 bit, 192000 Hz setup (Studio Quality)

I tried to update the BIOS (even though it wouldn't work)
And I reinstalled my Audio driver, which would be: Realtek audio driver V6.0.8971.1

If you have a light, how to help me with this little problem, I would be very happy!
