Windows 10: Surface Pro 11th gen Sleep mode doesnt work as intended

My Surface Pro 11th Gen 2024 snapdragon x plus Device on the latest update keeps shutting down when I close the lid even though it is set to sleep mode when closing the lid.i already tried and verified the following but it still isnt working as it should even though its all set to sleep.:1. Open the following key in the regeditHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\4f971e89-eebd-4455-a8de-9e59040e7347\5ca83367-6e45-459f-a27b-476b1d01c936and set `Attributes` to 2 to be sure `Power buttons and lid` is shown in the `Advanced Power Settings` dialog search for `edi

Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep

Hi, thank you. I could restart my surface pro 4 but still could not fix the Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep. I am still looking forward to hearing more suggestions to fix the black screen after sleep.

 

How can i listen to music while Surface Pro 4 is sleeping?

Sleep is a power-saving state that allows a computer to quickly resume full-power operation (typically within several seconds) when you want to start working again. Putting your computer into the sleep state is like pausing a DVD player—the
computer immediately stops what it’s doing and is ready to start again when you want to resume working. In Sleep Mode you cannot listen to music.

Step 1: You may try the option turn off the display in power options, to turn off the display and listen to music.

To choose when Windows turns off the display:

• Type Power options in the search box on the task bar, and select the same
• On the Select a power plan page, in the task pane, click
  Choose when to turn off the display.
• On the Change settings for the plan page, next to Turn off the display, choose the display and sleep settings that you want to use.
• Click Save changes.

Surface Pro 2 not entering sleep mode after windows 10 upgrade

So, as the title states, since upgrading my surface pro 2 to windows 10, sleep mode is not happy. All the power settings are correct. Anyone else having this issue ? Any suggestions ?
