Which device need to update in device manager tree? Please, see image. These are mine microphone on Surface Pro 4 i5. Are those microphones are correct?





Should I need to update microphone array? Also when I test microphone array vertical progress i indicator work as expected. When I speak indicator level start to change.

Please, can you show me your microphone from device manager on your Surface Pro 4?

Also, I can record my voice with Microsoft recorder app. This mean that microphone work. Am I right?

Please make snap image of your device manager microphone.

Can I install microphone from some setup wizard?

I thing problem is related with some parallel cycle which located wrong default device. This mean that we need to create bug ticket. I thing this is related with this

Hello, I have Surface Pro 4 . After update win 1803 and set up privacy access of microphone to all apps. Here are the results:

• surface pro 4 cortana - can not hear me at all.
• skype - microphone not work at all also.
• microsoft microphone app - record my voice and microphone work perfectly.
• Voice - microphone work perfectly
• Google Hangouts - microphone work perfectly

Can you help me, please?

My sound and camera work without any problems.

Can you upload image with device manager drivers of microphone to compare with mine?

The most strange thing is device manager drivers.

Some dude tell me that I need to deactivate fast start-up.

1. Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\System Settings
2. Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable
3. Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended)
4. Restart your computer
