Surface Pro 5 doesn't boot/ memory fragmentation BIInitializeLibrary failed 0x0000185

I recently tried to turn on my Surface Pro I think it is 5? which is about 4-5 years old, when the error code mentioned above was displayed. It didn't proceed to boot any further than the "Surface" Logo.I looked it up and it appears the computer fragmented it's memory all on its own a few months ago I ran a defragmentation which came up with next to nothing to defragment.I started booting into the advanced startup options both while by pressing the shift key and later on the F8key while pressing the power button, but nothing worked. Now I'm not quite sure on how to proceed. To be honest I

Can I use these surface pros?

Boot to the UEFI setup screen and see if it's listed there. If not, check all the settings in case one of them is disabling it. Try resetting the bios to its defaults. If the SSD has failed, then it cannot be replaced as it is soldered in. Can you upgrade SSD on Surface Pro 5? - SurfaceTip

high memory usage on Surface Pro 5

Hi folks. My surface 5 is extremly slow since I purchased it used. Just at boot memory usage goes as high as 80%, CPU usage often spikes to 100 % and Surface while usage often freezes, lags, stops to input commands even with only 2 tabs opened in Chrome. I am sending screenshots of task manager. What can I do? Is there a way to dissable unnecessary services, and which one? I thought to install custom version of modified Windows 10 for slower PCs. Installation even took 40 GBs of space and I don't even have more then 10 small programs installed. What can I do to speed this boy up because it really works so daaaaamn slow? I tried to screenshot spikes of CPU to 100 %,but could not.
