Windows 10: Surface Pro 6 camera keep turning itself on whenever i use snipping tool

Hi, so i am using surface pro 6 and everything is fine until i used snipping tool to snip something in my screen, the camera just turn itself on and couldn't be turn off in anyway except for restarting the whole computer, it gets quite annoying to do it everytime. I did try to disable the cameranot allowing access to the camera on the device thru settings but it still turn on itself and i can see that "Host Process for Windows Services" are currently in use of it. What can i do with it? I am also pretty sure i have the latest windows update.

Surface Pro 6 self view or front-facing camera is fuzzy

Surface Pro 6 self view or front facing-camera is fuzzy but main camera is clear. I have run the latest Windows update for Surface Pro 6 as of May 15. Camera has only Intel(R) AVStream Camera 2500 available by checking "Device Manager"
. I have applied the latest update on the driver. I have checked online and found the link at How to fix non-functioning cameras on the Surface Pro and Book - MSPoweruser, which suggested to check Imaging Devices to update driver of Microsoft LifeCam Front/Rear in
Device manager. But there is no LifeCam Front/Rear in my Device Manager. Can anyone shed some light on me to fix the fuzzy issue on front-facing camera? Thanks in advance
