Windows 10: Surface Pro 6 not charging, light is on, but it doesn't say it's charging or show signs of...

Hello,

I've tried all the solutions given by Microsoft, even did some from Youtube. However, nothing works. When I plug the charger in, the LED light is on, but the laptop does not say it's charging or even the common, "Plugged in, not charging."

Please help ASAP

often show plug in but no charging or even not detect the power sorce after plug in

 

E61 battery charging problems

My one year old E61 doesn´t charge the battery and I can´t turn it on again after more then 8 hours in the charger. No signal of charging appears on the screen and the top left light doesn´t lights. My hypothesis is that the battery is fully exhausted
and the firmware can´t work. Have you an answer or a solution?
