Windows 10: Surface Pro 6 not rebooting after failed Hard Factory Reset

I wanted to completely factory rest my Surface Pro 6, removing all the files and having a new clean version of Windows 11. I did this because there were some performance issues. However, after initiating the reset process, which required me to delete some files, the progress bar was stuck at 1%. I then hit the cancel button in hopes of reinitiating the process, which caused the surface to be nonresponsive. I forced restarted the computer, however it doesn't boot up anymore. It just stays on the Windows loading screen with no loading circle. It stays on that screen until it eventually reaches

SURFACE PRO 3 RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS PROBLEM

The camera caused a system freeze every time it was activated so I thought why not restore.

• I attempted to reset my Surface Pro 3 to Factory defaults.
• The Surface Pro made it to 1% then crashed.
• Now it is in a reboot loop.

I have tried several times and now it gives an "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing" error.

Do you have any suggestions on how to make it work again?

 

Factory Reset for Surface Pro 3

My first post, so be gentle!
Just got an oldish Surface Pro 3 and I would like to do a 'factory reset'

I'm trying to add an attachment




If I have uploaded the disk management image correctly, there seem to be more partitions than I was expecting!
Would anyone like to suggest what the previous owner(s) have done?
Also where (which partition) , and how would I go about a factory reset.

Please let me know if this post is in the wrong area and if I've broken any rules or conventions.

Problem resetting Surface Pro 6

I was resetting my son’s Surface Pro6 to factory default settings and wiping out all files so I could use it and during reset an error page came up. It said widows was unable to finish install. I can not get laptop to reset. Tried reboot but still no help.
Any other suggestions?
