Windows 10: Surface Pro 6 Repeated BSOD: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR

I have encountered this BSOD 4 times in the last 40 days, much more frequently than before. Repeated BSOD SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED Surface Pro 6

Hello,

Looking for urgent help on this on.

I have suddenly started suffering from frequent and repeated BSOD on my Surface Pro6 last 3-4 days. It is my only work laptop and my work is suffering hugely.

I dont know what caused it. I have done a clean reinstall of Windows 11 and still suffering. I tried Driver verifier for all non-microsoft drivers and the laptop wouldn't even start. BSOD on boot itself.

Used SafeMode to turn off Verifier. Linking a GoogleDrive Crashdump here -

Surface pro 6 does not charge beyond 68%

Hi everyone,

For the last 6 months or so, I have noticed that y Surface Pro 6 (with Windows 10 Enterprise) is not charging beyond 68%. Its says 'plugged in' but does not charge the battery. It also gets very hot, feels like the battery is resisting
the charge or something. The fan is also turned on.

I have performed the following actions:

• Removed the Microsoft ACPI battery and reinstalled it
• Changed the surface charger to a colleagues' one

Both did not help.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
