Windows 10: Surface Pro 7 Often Blue Screen Mainly Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page after Windows 11 Upgrade

Hi,After upgrading to Windows 11 I am constantly having blue screens, which I suspect are driver related, since I also have had problems with my camera, such as not being able to access it, problems with Windows Hello, light turned on indefinitely until I restart, among others. I recently had to reset my Windows 11 with a clean install, deleting everything, because my computer was insanely slow I suspect it was after I manually downloaded and installed Surface Pro 7 Firmware/Drivers from Microsoft website, but I am not entirely sure.However, I am still plagued by this blue screen issue. Windows 10 Pro transfer to new Surface 7 Pro

I just purchased a Surface 7 Pro to upgrade from my Surface 3 with Windows 10 Pro. The Surface 7 Pro has the Windows 10 Home version that I would like to upgrade with Windows 10 Pro but don't know where to find my Product Key. I don't recall purchasing
and I believe that my last Microsoft Windows update resulted in the Pro version being installed. Can anyone help with step-by-step instructions on where to find the product key so that I can copy and install in my Surface 7 Pro.

 

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
