Windows 10: surface pro 7 plus avec nouveau SSD - erreur clock watchdog timeout

Sur ma surface pro 7 plus, depuis que j'ai changé le SSD, l'ordinateur gèle plusieurs fois par jour avec parfois l'écran bleu indiquant une erreur clock watchdog timeout : que puis-je faire ?

Clock Watchdog Timeout error

I am trying to upgrade my Windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro, during Installation I get a blue screen with error
"Clock Watchdog timeout". I have Dell notebook 6430u with I7 and 8gig ram. This process of upgrading to new windows 10 takes along time, anyone have any suggestions before I start the upgrade one more time. I already check no viruses or malware,

Any help would be grateful.

Found my fix:

1. Downloaded a current (April 2018) ISO of Windows 10 64-bit from Microsoft

1. Downgraded product from "Enterprise" to "Pro"
   
2. HIGHLY LIKELY issue with UPDATES for Spectre and Meltdown
   

Windows now works!! those new updates are not installed yet (unless they are part of the new ISO i used.)
