    Surface Pro 7 running Windows 11 Screen goes black after a minute of inactivity? Why?


    All power settings set to never. Screen saver set to none with minutes set to 90. However after 1 minute screen goes black.How do I fix?

    Screen goes to sleep after 2 to 3 minutes of inactivity

    Ever since upgrading to Windows 10, my surface pro appears to go to sleep after 2 to 3 minutes of inactivity. This happens on both battery and wired power. The screen goes dark, stays dark for a few seconds and then the lockscreen appears. Settings are
    set to turn off the display after 5 minutes on battery, 30 minutes on power. Sleep settings are 30 minutes for both battery and power. This issue does not appear on a desktop running Windows 10. Is there a setting I'm missing? Thanks.

    Black screen appears after one minute of inactivity

    Original title: Black screen

    When my computer is inactive for one minute it goes to black. It continues to go to black every minute. I finally have to reenter my password after several minutes. I can not find where to change this setting that I did not set.

    Microsoft surface 7 screen goes black after boot

    I forced rebooted my surface pro, goes to welcome screen then goes black. I can move my cursor around but it's on a black screen.
