Windows 10: Surface pro 7 win 10 touch keyboard crash

Hi all, thank you for having me here.I have windows 10 on my surface pro 7, updated, all working good except for the touch keyboard.It crashes and disappears in tablet mode and desktop mode.I've activated and deactivated it, also the service, stopped, disabled, enabled and started... In the file explorer and in all text input boxes, the keyboard appears and suddenly disappears.How can I fix it without using other proprietary software?

I would suggest you to update the keyboard drivers and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to update the Keyboard drivers:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

2. Expand the Keyboard.

3. Right-click on the Keyboard driver and click on Update driver software.

4. Restart the computer and check.

• What is the current build and version of your Windows 10? To check type in
  winver on the search bar and press Enter.

Yes, it works on 8.1, at least on my surface pro 3.

Couldn't do a screenshot cause can't get to Snipping tool while keyboard is up, so I did a "step recording". See attached. Pardon the background, it's my Granddaughter! Cheers! *Cool
