    Surface Pro 7 / Windows 10 - mysterious reboots usually while on Teams calls


    Far-too-frequently for my liking twice today, I enter into Microsoft Teams calls to meet with clients or colleagues... and, my computer will mysteriously reboot. I'd like to get a resolution to this issue, which I suspect to be kernel level drivers. Can anyone help?I've got a roughly 18-month-old Surface 7 Pro, upgraded to Windows 10 Professional. I don't think I'm a particularly demanding user I mostly use it for Office365 suite programs largely Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint or to run an Ubutnu 18/20 environment, used to access my work's technical Linux environment. I

    Windows 10 Pro transfer to new Surface 7 Pro

    I just purchased a Surface 7 Pro to upgrade from my Surface 3 with Windows 10 Pro. The Surface 7 Pro has the Windows 10 Home version that I would like to upgrade with Windows 10 Pro but don't know where to find my Product Key. I don't recall purchasing
    and I believe that my last Microsoft Windows update resulted in the Pro version being installed. Can anyone help with step-by-step instructions on where to find the product key so that I can copy and install in my Surface 7 Pro.
