Windows 10: surface pro 8 handwriting recognition is almost useless

I have been trying to improve the hand recognition of my surface pro 8 for a long timebut it's still not efficient at all please you must update it as soon as possible, and make sure it works well for all of the users please put yourself in our shoes, I never expected to face that in the surface 8 it supposed to be the improved version of your surface

Handwriting recognition is significantly worse in Windows 10

Still no good news here. I am using the latest fast ring build and the handwriting issue has not been resolved. I use Windows 10 on my surface Pro 3 and Windows 8.1 on my Dell Venue 8 Pro. While the Surface cost three times what I paid for the Dell and
has a better digitizer and pen than the Dell, the Windows 8.1 tablet has much better handwriting recognition. Windows 10 handwriting recognition is basically unusable even after I have entered countless sentences to train it and have tried to correct specific
errors. Microsoft has made no effort that I know of to correct this problem. If you are interested in handwriting recognition avoid Windows 10.

 

How to get handwriting recognition to recognise diacritical marks?

You must install German handwriting recognition.

Step 1: Install German language from Settings > Time & Language > Language > Add a language:





Step 2: Select German, unselect Install language pack, select Handwriting:





That should do it!
